Refund policy

What You Can Return or Exchange:

Returns (for Damaged or Wrong Product Only):

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original saleable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims.

Exchanges (Customer Pays Delivery Charges):
If you wish to exchange a product for reasons other than damage or incorrect item, you will be responsible for the delivery charges. The product must remain unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive and verify the returned item.

 


Time Frame for Request:

  • Return Requests (Damaged or Wrong Product Only): Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos and a mandatory unboxing video.

  • Exchange Requests: Must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
    Late requests will not be accepted.

  •  Exchange/Replacement product will be delivered within 7 days.

What We Do Not Accept:

  • Late Requests: Requests made after the mentioned timeframe.

  • Used or Damaged Products: Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Clear photos of the package and the delivery slip (visible on the box).

  • A mandatory unboxing video for any return claims related to damage or wrong product.


Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

  • The original invoice and original packaging must be provided to process the refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and verified. Refund will be credited after 7 days of receiving product.

Prepaid Order Cancellation:

  • Prepaid orders can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.

  • A 10% deduction will be applied to the original transaction amount.


Important Notes:

  • Only one return or exchange request will be accepted per order.

  • Rheysaw Trends (Resha Global Exports) reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet our policy conditions.
